Protect your investment! Upgrade your standard 90-day warranty to a total of three years (coverage begins on product purchase date). This 3-year HP Care Pack Pick Up and Return Service is available for new HP iPAQ 111 and HP iPAQ 310 handhelds.

HP Pickup & Return offers:

  • Upgrade of standard warranty to a total of three years of service coverage
  • Door-to-door service, including pickup and repair or replacement of failed unit
  • Return of operational unit within three business days (intermittent failures may require additional time)
  • Technical assistance from the HP Customer Support Center, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. weekdays, excluding HP holidays. For same-day pickup, calls must be received before 4:00 p.m. local time. (Cut-off times may vary based on customer location. All other pickups will be scheduled for next-business-day)
  • Maximized uptime and productivity

Note:

Available only in the US. Not available with refurbished handhelds. This extended service plan plan does not include accidental damage protection. One extended service plan per product. Must be purchased within one year of product purchase. Hardware must be in original working condition. Extended service plans do not cover preexisting damage. See terms and conditions for details.

    - the HP Care Pack serial number + Bar Code
    - the order number
    • Document describing HP Care Pack service coverage in greater detail
    • Terms and conditions for hardware maintenance
