This HP Care Pack is available for new HP iPAQ 111 and HP iPAQ 310 handhelds. The 3-year HP Care Pack Next Business Day Exchange Service offers:
  • Upgrade of standard warranty to a total of three years of service coverage
  • Upgrade to next-business-day exchange (from current 4–10 business days)
  • 9x5 toll-free technical assistance with installation, product configuration and setup, problems, and normal operation of your iPAQ handheld
  • Door-to-door product pickup and delivery
  • Overnight delivery (next-business-day) of permanent replacement product
  • Packaging materials, prepaid freight (shipping label), and instructions for returning defective product
  • Easy, four-step process for resolving issues with assistance of HP-trained service reps
  • Maximized uptime and productivity during service period

Note:

Available only in the US. Not available with refurbished handhelds. This extended service plan plan does not include accidental damage protection. One extended service plan per product. Must be purchased within one year of product purchase. Hardware must be in original working condition. Extended service plans do not cover preexisting damage.
