What the technician will do

  • Schedule updates through Windows Security Center
  • Optimize your PC for faster, more efficient startup
  • Set up Internet access with your existing ISP account
  • Review 10 Internet security best practices with you
  • Connect up to two peripheral devices (e.g., printer, camera)
  • Install up to two compatible licensed security software programs
  • Set up e-mail in Microsoft Outlook or an ISP-provided e-mail
  • Connect to your existing network
  • Provide you with a 10-minute tour of your desktop options

What you'll do

  • Call the toll-free number on your PIN card to schedule an appointment (card is nontransferable and expires one year from date of purchase, except where prohibited by law)
  • Supply all hardware and software, and your existing Internet account
