I have tried multiple times to align and clean the cartridges, even installed a new yellow cartridge, but I still can't get yellow ink. Please replace this printer with another 7520. Thank you.

I have an older model of this printer. The Photosmart eStation C510a and that printer was the best. I went to buy a new one for my job and ended up with this 7520 and really stinks. Would keep telling me to add paper when there was plenty of paper. Would keep telling me to add ink when I had plenty ink. Had to keep shutting it on and off to get it to print. Finally I got so discusted that I sent it back. I think thats a dirty rotten shame. I used to be pro HP but not any longer, they just don't make things like they used to.

The installation was a horror. We had to have the tech people at HP do it online. Never had so much trouble making it happen. Once it was up it has been fine.

Rated 4 out of 5Â by Sal21 Great....once it starts working
None of the start up methods worked....despite promises by the sales agent. After several google searches, I found drivers for current Max operating system. And then, after hours of trying to follow their instructions, I was running in less than five minutes. Sure would be smart if HP would just put a note in the box (instead of an outdated disc) telling you where to go to download the drivers! Now it prints, scans, prints photos and envelops.....everything is great!

Rated 5 out of 5Â by DocBill Excellent product
I purchased this printer a couple months ago, when my HP Photosmart C6100 (which worked flawlessly for years) developed an internal leak. The 7520 works perfectly, doing the job it was developed for. The photos from the 7520 seem better then the 6100. I miss the auto paper select, which the 6100 had, but it's not a problem. People complain about different features of this printer, but there are different printers all capable of doing what they were designed to do. The 7520 works perfectly, I hope I get as many years out of it as I did with the 6100. I'm thinking of opening the 6100 and rebuilding it to give to my son-in-law for his business.

Rated 5 out of 5Â by AbbyN Amazingly Wonderful
I just printed my first picture on this printer and it was truly astounding...the colors are vibrant, the picture prints edge to edge...this looks like something that was taken and printed by a professional.
Now, that being said. I'm an older woman (the term older than dirt comes to mind). I was able to set this printer up by myself...well, almost...myself and HP. Seriously, I removed tape and a few very obvious sheets, plugged it in, put in the ink cartridges (might have been difficult to find except that when you're removing tape, one of them opens the case where the cartridge colors show), put in the little sample packet of photo print paper that was included in the order and turned it on. Seriously...if you've got a little common sense, can look at picture instructions and have ever worked with a printer before...all the above steps are going to be easily accomplished.
The last step was to put in the CD that came with the printer and answer the questions...I wanted to use the printer wirelessly, etc. The CD guided me through the process and without messing with my internet, router, computer or anything else the CD set up the printer and tied into HP for registration and setting up for fax, etc.
Within a half hour from opening the box, I had a functioning printer, scanner, copier, fax (which I chose NOT to hook up right now) that produced an amazing photograph. I've previously used a HP Photosmart printer and have always been pleased with the quality prints, but the print that came out on this printer so far surpassed any print I had ever seen that I'm not using the word "AMAZING" lightly.
Well worth the price! AND, as usual, I'm always happy to say I can trust HP printers!
