Customer ratings and reviews for HP Pavilion 11t-n000 x360 PC (ENERGY STAR)

Rated 1 out of 5 by terrible experience I have had this computer a month, and the first three weeks were problem free. There were things I didn't like about the mouse, but otherwise the computer did the job. Recently there was an HP update that has resulted in my computer not connecting to the wireless network in my office. I have since had to buy a wireless USB adapter. Now, whenever I close the laptop, it shuts down entirely (I have read several complaints regarding this issue). Tech support was totally unhelpful. July 9, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Accessories So far, I enjoy this machine. I am a student and also work full time, so I am often on the go. I do wish there were more accessories, especially something to cover the keyboard if I choose to work on it as a tablet. I do not like that if I have it on my lap while in tablet mode, the keys can be depressed. This prevents me from using it in tablet mode as often as I may otherwise do. I chose it because of the price at a big box retailer near me. They sold me an "open box", so I received an additional discount. I am new to windows 8, but the touch screen seems to work well. I also think it would be beneficial if the "mouse' touch pad was less sensitive to pick up both of my fingers as I am used to having a designated button on my previous laptop. I have previously owned HP machines and that was also a deciding factor in my purchase. I have not been impressed with the beatsaudio speaker on the laptop. It is not as loud as I had expected and when I turn it louder, it sounds slightly distorted. Aside from the few minor issues, I have been happy with the computer overall. July 5, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Great looking laptop This laptop looks great. I like the touch screen but sometimes touch the screen when I don't want to. I am still getting use to some of the features but I think over time it will become very comfortable to use and carry. June 30, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Very cute I have not been on it allot yet. It seems well built. I did want the DVD and missed it ordering. They would not change my order. I thought that was strange. I can order it later. Seems to run great. It is fast enough. Not sure why others think it is slow. The battery I am close to a outlet so not big deal if it doesn't last. Seems none of them last long. Cute computer. I wish the key board was a little more fancy. I enjoy typing.Great little computer for price.Good job HP. HP is my favorite computer. I have one that has XP on it and it still runs. I am trying to get vista on it. June 18, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Excellent Buy I bought this product approximately a month after it was released and I've experienced no glitches or other malfunctions. It looks amazing and works great. The only issue I've found so far is that it's battery life is a lot lower than advertised. The only other concern I have is when you type on the screen when it is in laptop or hybrid mood, it bounces a little. I'm afraid that may result in a deterioration of the hinges, but am not sure. Rated 1 out of 5 by The hardware is fine, the software is a nightmare Win 8.1 will crash on Solitaire! My machine has 8GB of RAM, but it cannot run solitaire, or Microsoft Office 2007 , or my printer driver. I would not recommend a Win 8 machine to anyone who will need to load software, or operate anything other than the software that comes with the machine. I have over 25 hours into getting my build to the equivalent on my Win 7 netbook, and I do not think I will regain the functionality of my old netbook. Buy a Win 7 pro machine. May 29, 2014
