Rated 5 out of 5Â by rob200 1st day good so far
Its pretty large, but it works great. Good ventilation/fan, I upgraded it with the highest processor/gaming card (which I think is important), and a 460watt power supply to be safe, so I am speaking for how it works with the upgrades.
Very fast, exactly as I expected. Works great on World of Warcraft, I'm getting 50-70fps on ultra settings (to give you an example of moderate gaming) in a BG. And its fast surfing the web and processing tasks/downloads.
Overall its a great price but consider upgrading processor/gaming card among other things.

Rated 5 out of 5Â by Vorchek So Far, So Good
I haven't had it long, so time will tell, but at this point I am enormously pleased. With the top of the line AMD processor, and 16 GB RAM, the machine is blazing fast, handling all of my specially selected software like a champ. Windows 8.1 takes some getting used to, but that's the price of staying up to date. I hope to count on this computer for a long time.

Rated 5 out of 5Â by Berg1946 Great style and functionality
What I really like is that I was able to configure this machine exactly the way I wanted, you can't find that any where else. HP really adds a lot of style to their products, this machine is beautiful and runs great. I was a little leery of Windows 8.1 but with some of the new add ons it works fine. I just stay on the desktop. It boots up very fast. The only thing that I would suggest is that HP install at least a 500 Watt power supply in their higher end machines, 300 watt doesn't cut if you want to upgrade to higher graphics. Over all a great buy!

Rated 3 out of 5Â by ThatOneGuy Arrived not woking
This product is great for its price, I slapped on the AMD A8-6600k processor with 3.9ghz and I expected to be blown away with the speed. There is plenty of other stuff you can put in the computer for a decent price. My product arrived and I was so excited from taking all the packaging out of the box, and I had a giant smile on my face. However, I hooked up the DVI and VGA cables from the monitor to tower, and my screen said that there was signal coming from both of the cables. So that meant my tower had been built with parts that were dead, broken, or just didn't work. Called customer service, and got nowhere as far as questions go. The operators had heavy accents, in addition to not answering your questions... I felt as if they were 'beating around the bush.' The material used to build this tower felt very cheap, that cool looking, glossy black cover, is nothing more than VERY cheap feeling plastic. This product had lots of potential, with the fast processor and the multiple, easy to reach USB ports. There is also a 'speaker jack' (I don't know what it's called) on the back of the tower for you to plug in the speakers. I bring this up because the monitors, at least the one i bought, didn't have a jack. Do not waste your money buying the Nividia graphic cards they offer to give you, (if you customize your tower), because I researched and those graphic cards are not worth the price. Just buy better ones separately at your retailer and install it, or have someone else do it. I am currently having my computer fixed by HP, and hope to be satisfied. I would give this product a higher rating if it did not come broken on arrival. I warn you, be very careful about purchasing HP products, because if you choose to return it, you will have to get an RMA from them. (Returned Merchandise Authorization.) Which is what i tried to get, and it will take forever for you to receive it. I cannot rate this product on performance, obviously due to that I'm having it fixed. Good luck
